This weeks Best Buys list contains properties from Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Niguel, and San Juan Capistrano. The success rate of the Surterre Properties Best Buys list continues to grow, this week, reaching a huge 54% of properties selling. An interesting statistical note – the properties that are selling are selling at 94% of the Best Buys List price and 79% of the original list price. It seems that many sellers are still listing their properties too high for the current market conditions. As an alumae of the UCI Paul Merage School of Business, I know from experience that there are lots of questions new admits to the program have, and questions about housing during their time at the MBA program is often a good chunk of them. I love the idea of having a great blog that provides value for buyers and sellers in the Coastal Orange County marketplace.  And, although most people I deal with still have no idea what “RSS” is, or fully understand the power of the blog, I’m convinced there is a big group of my peers out there who do understand it, and I’m going to San Francisco in July to Connect with my people!

I hope to come back from the conference with an enhanced understanding of what it takes to provide you with relevant content worthy of your time.
