This weeks Best Buys list contains properties from Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Niguel, and San Juan Capistrano. The success rate of the Surterre Properties Best Buys list continues to grow, this week, reaching a huge 54% of properties selling. An interesting statistical note - the properties that are selling are selling at 94% of the Best Buys List price and 79% of the original list price. It seems that many sellers are still listing their properties too high for the current market conditions.
