I’m happy to announce that June 3rd, 2008 marks the official launch of my blog! After 6 weeks of design, development, and tweaking, the blog is ready and open for you! I’ve been adding content (blogging) for a few months now, so you will already find several posts that may be of interest to you. I invite you to look around.

• UCI Merage Business School Off-Campus Housing Information – I’m an alumna and have started posting information related to how to find off-campus rental housing while you are a student at the program.
• Greener Living – As an EcoBroker, I have a particular interest in helping people live in healthier environments and preserving the natural beauty of Orange County. I’ll be blogging about how to have a greener real estate transaction and other topics of green interest.
• Market Trends and Buyer and Seller Topics of Interest - I’ve started to post the weekly Surterre Properties Best Buy’s list and will expand over time with post designed to educate about the state of the market and inform buyers and sellers about how to succeed in their real estate transactions.

The blog also has the ability to search, by map, all the active for sales and leases that are available in the Coastal Orange County area (see the Property Search section). The inventory is updated daily and is the same information that Realtors have access to, presented in a very easy to navigate format. I think you will love it!
